Job overview and responsibilities

The Associate Support Analyst, IT Field Services Support - IMAC will be responsible for managing a queue of end-user digital technology work orders. This person will also work with Provisioning Engineers and Field Services Delivery ensuring on time request completion for both internationally- and domestically-based requestors.

  • DT end-user work order management including interpreting incoming work orders and analyzing for completeness, contacting users for additional or missing information and working with the Field Services Provisioning and Delivery teams to ensure timely work order completion

  • Monitor team functional mail box and provide users with status updates to inquiries

  • Train new team members on workflow processes

  • Update and maintain IMAC team documentation

  • Act as liaison between the end user and Field Services Delivery

Required

  • Associate Degree, or some college

  • Work experience in a DT hardware or software capacity

  • 1-2 years experience with end user digital technology

  • 1-2 years of knowledge using Service Now or similar asset management tools

  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize dozens of work orders and emails simultaneously and be able to provide status and updates upon request

  • Dependability is critical

  • Strong communication, writing, analytical and organizational skills.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 2-4 years experience with end user digital technology

  • 2-4 years of knowledge using Service Now or similar asset management tools
