The Airport Operations department keeps operations at our airports running smoothly through planning, organization and supervision.

Job overview and responsibilities

  • Support the Employee Change Management Managers to develop innovative change management plans and activities for large-scale Customer Service Delivery (CSD) strategic initiatives

  • Work with the Divisions to drive alignment and increase awareness of various change initiatives

  • Track and monitor change analytics and metrics for success/performance of the change management department portfolio and develop reports to support information delivery

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

  • Develop and execute detailed change management, stakeholder engagement and communication plans for small-scale projects

  • Design communication tools to support the marketing of the change management function in the CSD

Education:

  • High School Graduate required

  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business, Change Management, Communication, HR or other related discipline is preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 -7 years’ experience in the airline industry required

  • 4+ years of related work experience in Operations, consulting, or related professional area required

  • Prior experience supporting mid-to-large-scale business systems, initiatives, or processes across functional and departmental lines required

  • Ability to asses opportunities to improve the integration of existing systems with business processes preferred

Skills/Knowledge:

  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the overall change process; forward looking with a holistic approach required

  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools required

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required

  • Understanding of communication strategy and planning preferred

  • Ability to interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports required

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences required

  • Strong organization and planning skills required

  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization required

  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others

  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook required

  • Supporting projects andteams driving desired business outcomes, identifying gaps and omissions, and designing solutions required

  • Understanding of organizational issues and challenges preferred

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle preferred
