Job overview and responsibilities
This position is part of the Identity & Access Management engineering team. The IAM engineer will be a focal point in the overall strategic direction relative to design and implementation of IAM controls. The individual will be responsible for the engineering, design, and support of the Enterprise Access Management solution. The position will provide solutions that meet business and technical requirements, as well as the development of procedures, standards and documentation. Main focus will be in the AM space but may be asked to work on other aspects of Information Security Cloud based authentication, authorization, and accounting methodologies and deployment, policy implementation across Privilege Access Management, Linux (umask, sudo), and Certificate Management.
Administration and development / integration appropriate security controls for all web-based applications.
Trouble-shoot issues/problems with operational applications
Support and develop technology security service solutions for authentication and authorization across the enterprise
Work with multiple internal and external organizations delivering solutions that have exclusive business process and technology requirements
Participate in roadmaps, policies, and procedures for security solutions and the overall design and implementation of the IAM strategy
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent education
7+ years of experience in identity and access management technologies.
Deep understanding of authentication and authorization technologies and protocols (multifactor auth, Kerberos, cert based, etc)
Foundational knowledge of JAVA Scripting, XML, HTML, SAML 2.0, OAUTH, WS Federation, WS TRUST, SSO, LDAP, and SOAP.
Cloud based IAM technology: Azure, AWS.
Knowledge of Oracle Identity & Access Management systems, and Directory Services
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Experience with Oracle related technologies.
Strong communication and documentation skills
