Job overview and responsibilities

• Manages/reviews preparation of forecasted financial statements (and related variance analyses and other support and reports) for company leadership and BOD to allow for informed decision making and accurate external financial guidance

• Provides strategic business plan analytics (i.e. analyses related to strategic options such as fuel hedging, M&A, asset divestitures)

• Manages/reviews preparation of Board of Director, Leadership Conference and monthly Officer meeting presentations

• Responsible for the company-wide budgeting process

• Tracks and report progress against corporate earnings improvement initiatives

• Partners with Hyperion team on system enhancements and financial processes improvements

• Accountable for performance of team and talent development

• Manages process of monthly 18-month income statement/balance sheet and cash flow forecasting/budgeting and related variances

• Preparation and review of longer range financial projections (3 or 5 years)

• Review of other monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis

Required

• College degree in finance or engineering

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and knowledge of accounting and financial statements

• 2-4 years in financial planning

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications

• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred

• MBA or Masters degree in accounting or finance

• Three statement financial modeling experience

• Hyperion Planning experience

• Central/corporate financial planning experience

• Publicly traded company experience
