The support representative develops audits, analyzes, compiles, and reports organizational and divisional data to all levels of the company. Works with the compliance groups in gathering, compiling, trending, and submitting cross-divisional operational data to respond to governmental information requests. . Coordinates compliance database on behalf of operating divisions. Assists in the support and handling of reporting or audits. Coordinates identity management process for FAA and supplier access to corporate documentation. Accomplishes ad hoc health, safety, audit, and data projects to support the division as required. Performs diversified and confidential administrative support for multiple Managing Directors.


Provides confidential, high level and key administrative support to multiple Managing Directors including, but not limited to:

  • Preparing general correspondence, memoranda, expense reports, etc. (which may include presentation preparation).

  • Schedule and/or plan meetings and make travel arrangements (itineraries and accommodations).

  • Provide assistance with coordinating events / meetings.

  • Screening telephone calls and visitors: may screen e-mail correspondence.

  • Interface with all departments within the company and represent the respective leadership team in a highly professional manner.

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.

Regulatory and audit management

  • Identify and help solve cross-divisional health, safety and compliance issues.

  • Exercise judgment to prioritize and make decisions related to reporting and workflows.

  • Perform work with limited guidance/direction.

  • Coordinate Identity Management program for government or vendor associations to Corporate Safety.

  • Investigate, collect, compile, and respond to governmental reporting requests or industry associations reports .

  • Collect, analyze and report data within Corporate Safety.

  • Perform audit or checklist development and revisions in appropriate database

  • Interface with all departments within the company on health, compliance and regulatory issues

  • Coordinate databases on behalf of operational divisions and liaise / report status of governmental or industry deliverables

  • Facilitate surveillance, reporting and audit activities.

Approved Programs

  • Maintain, audit and evaluate for accuracy the approved corporate safety programs

  • Coordinate approved program compliance statements as well as required reporting.

  • Support Corporate Safety data programs.

  • Review, correlate, and report health and safety data and corrective actions for Corporate Safety programs.


  • High School Diploma

  • Strong computer skills, preferably Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

  • Analytical and organizational skills

  • 2-4 years work experience

  • Ability to work flexible hours


  • Associates Degree or higher

  • Knowledge of auditing and safety principles

  • Experience working with government agencies


  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
