The IT Field Service Regional Manager is responsible for providing End User Technology, Support and Business Management functions to support IT goals. This position will define the IT provisioning, implementation and support of technology within an assigned region and to act as the customers advocate while maintaining corporate policies. The manager is responsible for the IT relationship between IT and the end user community. Has responsibility of managing a team of System Engineers within their region. Will be primary contact for IT Field Service Support. Excellent communications, presentation and team building skills required.


  • Delivery of day-to-day oversight of all Services and Operational Support provided by IT Suppliers within the region.

  • Act as a liaison between the United Hub/Regional Management and Supplier's Authorized Subcontractors providing Services including, but not limited to, break-fix field services, project contractor work and other United or Supplier Third Party Contractors.


  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Information Technology or Business or equivalent experience.

  • MS in Computer Science preferred



  • 8 to 10 years of IT experience

  • 5+ years of leadership experience management


  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
