Job overview and responsibilities
Responsible for providing operational and administrative support within the Inflight bases/domiciles.
Provides support to base management in assisting flight attendants with resolving operational, service, and marketing related questions and problems.
Perform administrative duties as needed for personnel maintenance matters.
Provides information to flight attendants as directed and formats flight attendant feedback according to local and division guidelines.
Provide admin and clerical support to Inflight base supervisors.
Maintain personnel files for the flight attendant group.
Log attendance related information on attendance cards.
Track and file all f/a lost time instances.
Prepare daily and monthly reports, end of month status, unpaid incidentals, bid send, and inactive lists.
Compose/type correspondence for management including see me notes, thank you notes and customer care correspondence.
General office support including filing, mailbox distribution, copying, and compiling reports as required.
High school diploma or equivalent
Use of a desktop computer
1-2 years of administrated office or customer service experience.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
