Job overview and responsibilities
Support the development and execute the company-sponsored ancillary benefit strategy and health and wellness programs for the company. Drive positive customer experience, identifying gaps and execute exceptional delivery of programs. Responsible for managing program analytics to drive strategy and outcomes. Proven success analyzing experience and designing recommendations to improve utilization and employee engagement. Operate as project lead on RFP's and implementations under the ancillary and healthcare programs. Drive key decisions with vendors and consultants to deliver outcomes and support strategic initiatives. Develop analytics to drive strategic initiatives with a highly unionized workforce. Lead cross-functional vendor operations to ensure all vendor contracts are adhered to. Lead continuous improvement effort across all programs and vendor relationships. Support contract negotiations and uphold successful pricing. Create internal and external partnerships across all stakeholders.
Support development of ancillary strategy, project planning and engagement strategy.
Manage ancillary vendor operations and delivery of programs.
Develop engagement success criteria with proven outcomes through data analytics.
Partner with operations and design team on ongoing and new collaborative strategic initiatives.
Manage day-to-day delivery of established programs in support of ancillary and healthcare strategy.
5 or more years of relevant health and welfare experience and data analytics,
Experience developing a benefits strategy across a diverse workforce,
Experience working with healthcare consultants in support of vendor and program operations,
Experience leading healthcare projects and implementations,
Industry expertise and direct responsibility driving ROI on programs.
Ability to lead and implement complex plan design, drive decisions and execute appropriate program changes
5 or more years supporting H&W strategy with relevant health and welfare related program management,
ERISA, familiarity of health & welfare plan rules and documents,
Experience with multi-plan and multi-vendor coordination,
Expertise working with multi-benefit eligibility rules, coordination with state and government agencies experience,
Industry knowledge and direct responsibility implementing plan changes and deliverables with external partners, ability to work cross-functionally
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
