The Catering Operations department develops and provides the great dining experiences on board our aircraft and ensuring the catering operation goes smoothly.

As a Staff Representative on the Catering United Voices team, you will be the liaison between United flight attendants and the United Catering Ops team. You will work closely with kitchen managers and planning teams to investigate the root causes of catering issues experienced by flight attendants, and actively communicate these causes and resolutions back to flight attendants.
Become a subject matter expert in the policies, procedures, and databases used by United Catering Ops
Collaborate with internal teams to review feedback and insights, recommend changes for implementation, and action on those that deliver a positive, consistent and seamless employee experience
Extract data from a variety of sources to aid in report investigation and response
Educate and raise awareness of feedback success stories across United
Respond to flight attendant reports
Ability to manage approximately 50 action items related to United Voices per day
Analyze trends and report findings
This position is offered on local terms and conditions within United’s wholly owned subsidiary United Airlines Business Services Pvt. Ltd. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Clear, friendly written and oral communication
Ability to work with others both in person and over the phone
Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
